The Shringasaurus: Quite an... Archosaur

The Shringasaurus  Trust me when I say this, no words can describe the shringasaurus properly. The image above might remind you of a Carnotaurus if you study paleontology, but, don't be so quick to conclude, as this creature is not related at all to dinosaurs. It isn't even an actual archosaur, just an archosaurimorph, which for those who don't know this means that it's really difficult to tell which is the closest living thing we have to this.  This is the shringasaurus. This extraordinary creature originates from the triassic period of India.  It reached 3 to 4 meters in length, and unlike what you have probably assumed it looks like based on the skeletal, it was actually quadrupedal, and large bodied. Yes, this creature bears more resemblance to sauropods than to theropods, unlike your assumptions.
