Hungry Shark is a nostalgic series of games. Along with some interesting species of sharks, the series also includes some prehistoric animals. So, today, we are going to see how up-to-date their reconstructions are, starting with "Spike"
The Game's Description Of "Spike"
In the game, spike is a shark. Its main specialty is the anvil-like shape in its head which has spikes in it that can pop out. He has a slender body, and he doesn't seem to have Lips Covering his teeth.
The Real "Spike"
Stethacanthus is an extinct is genus of chondrichthys of the group holocephalia, which is not a group of sharks, even though it is closely related to them. Its famous "anvil" is actually its dorsal fin, and the spikes in it are osteoderms. These osteoderms were way smaller in size and way larger in number than Spike's spikes, and they couldn't pop out of its head,
